Great food and atmosphere with 'club' style music. The Salmon in the Poke bowl was cooked perfectly and the rice wrapped in vine leaves was some of the best we have had. More expensive than other restaurants but the experience and quality of the food makes it worth it.

The whole experience was great, the welcome, fast service and food was all good. The music was great a sort of house trance...had to download Shazm quickly:). The beer and cocktails good. We will hopefully return in the next few days before returning home. If you are in the area l would certainly recommend this place- Group size

Absolutely loved AMMOS! Rula was a great host from the second we arrived. Honestly, the food was absolutely to die for. Had our snacks at the bar / restaurant , then had beach beds booked and ate our sushi on the beach. 11 out of 10!

So Much More Than Just a Beach Bar!
Amos Beach Bar in Skala is a true highlight of our trip! It’s a cool and laid-back spot with a wonderfully chill atmosphere that immediately puts you in vacation mode. It’s more than just a beach bar – it’s a full experience.
The service is top-notch: super friendly, attentive, and professional. From breakfast to dinner, the menu offers something for everyone – including dishes with an Asian twist, and even sushi, which was a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious.
You can relax in style with beautiful cabanas for €30 a day or opt for 2 comfy sunbeds with a parasol for just €20 – both great options depending on your mood.

Absolutelly wonderful place. Family run business, very cosy, unique, creative place and food is perfect too. Tasty, modern. Made our family want to explore and try a lot of things from menu so we've came back as long as we were in vacation. Best recomendations for experience - service, atmosphere and food. Lovely little beach bar on a beautiful quiet beach. Good atmosphere and good food. It’s not a beach club as per party vibes but more a place to have a quiet nice day at the beach with good food, service, drinks & some beach vibe music at the restaurant. Feels refined for Kefalonia.

This place is amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and beautiful. We got a fresh salmon fillet bowl and veggie bowl. The music that is played here really fits the vibe. Definitely recommend.

One of our favorite address in Cephalonia for our stay? Definitly. We loved the place, the food quality and cooking, the bread (we are French 😉), the menu with great choice, the atmosphere and music, and last but not least the professional and nice personnel. The most expensive coffee restaurant in Skala, but the coffee, food and service are at a high level. All recommendations. The facility is very nicely decorated and has a part on the beach.

A great day turned into a wonderful day. It's a very pretty rustic restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere. Super clean and tidy. A very well kitted out bar. Top notch and very clean kitchen. Clean, and tidy WC facilities. The food was exceptional and amazing. Staff were super attentive and professional with that chatty family touch. Highly recommend! Beautiful beach and great sunbeds. Great service all day. The restaurant food was the best we had on the island by far! Highly recommended! 5 stars!!

We came to Skala, Kefalonia for the first time on a girls holiday and are leaving tomorrow. Ammo’s was the first restaurant/beach bar we came across and OMG it did not disappoint. They had a live jazz singer and a saxophonist who were great. However one of the best things about this place is the food…………absolutely AMAZING from the Garlic Shrimps to the Poke Bowls to the Ribs, seafood Super food salad to the Lamb Kebab. We did venture out to another restaurant that had good reviews however it did not live up to Ammos. The Cocktails are also the best in town. We stayed at the 5 star Tesoro which had everything we wanted but the star of the show in this town is Ammos. The food, drinks, staff, music to the sunbeds on the beach are just the best. It was worth the hour drive from St. Effimia to get to this beach! The sun beds were reasonably priced at 20 euros, the service was quick and the restaurant had a great vibe & even better food! Thanks to Roula for the hospitality!!! Can’t wait to come back again!
